Positive: The apartment interior is nicely renovated and is close to a nice beach

Negative: The apartment complex is old and not very good looking, definitely does not have the luxury vibe. The apartment was cleaned a bit superficially and both bathroom sinks were slow to drain. The showers could have better water flow. Lastly, we never got to try the pool because the water did not look clean. We did expect better for the price.
