Welcome to our Fun-Size Farmhouse! Located just 15 minutes from Downtown Chattanooga, this tiny home farmcation provides a quiet and relaxing stay with easy access to city life! Our tiny has one bedroom, one bathroom, and sleeps three. Enjoy the open air, grill out, meet the animals, explore the fields, go fishing, take a plunge in the pool, or relax in our custom outdoor shower with cast iron tub, all with beautiful views of Lookout Mountain. We would love to host you on our family farm!
The Space:
Fun-Size Farmhouse is a TINY HOME. She is Tiny. All things put into her were thought out and tiny on purpose. When you enter through the digital lock pad you will have the bedroom, with a queen bed, to the right; the full bathroom to the front; the kitchen and dining area to the left. The dining area can fold down into a full size mattress providing sleeping space for 1 additional guest.
****Please note there are many animals on the property. We love them and want to respect their space. Feel free to play with the chickens and Sampson, but please enjoy all other animals from a distance!****
NOTE: Farms and animals are wonderful, but we are not liable for any injury or illness sustained from exploring the farm, including engaging with animals, swimming in the pool, fishing at pond, interacting with any wildlife, or riding or operating any equipment (yours or ours).
We have a guardian Great Pyrenees who protects farm animals from coyotes. He is gentle with other dogs, but does like to play. If your dog is not friendly or doesn’t like to play, it’s probably not wise to bring your dog. We can’t put Sampson up because he has to guard the livestock.

Interested in using the pool? It is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day and is not heated. Please reach out, access information will be provided with a $25 fee. Pool is not exclusive to this tiny home. It is available to guests in all tiny homes on the farm. Pool is a 2-3 minute walk up the hill from the tiny home.**
NOTE: We have weekly maintenance and cleaning performed on our pool. The pool services do not take long and should not disrupt your stay. We will need access to the yard/pool area if you stay with us on service day. Thanks for understanding!
Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.
The Neighborhood:
Our tiny house is located on our farm, just 15 minutes from Downtown Chattanooga.
Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!
Other Things to Note:

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a $50 non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
