Now it is docked next to the Water Street Hotel, ready for you to come and "Set a Spell". Enjoy the sunrise from the screened waterfront porch or toast the sunset from the top deck. This floating home can sleep up to 5 - 1 King Bed in the bedroom with a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the main living area. An additional Twin Rollaway bed is available. A full kitchen, large screen TV with cable, Wi-fi, and full bath with shower complete the set-up of this roomy houseboat. 2 night minimum, weekly and monthly rates are available. 10% tax plus cleaning fee will apply. NO pets allowed.
