This beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home is located in the neighborhood of Liberty Park which is conveniently located 2 miles south of Lake Sumter Landing Square, the heart of The Villages for nightly music, dancing and dining. A 7 minute ride south will place you on CR 466a or an 11 minute ride north to CR 466 where you have access to a varying array of grocery stores, dining, and shopping options. A 3/10 mile walk from your front door is beautiful Liberty Park pool where you can relax and soak up some of the gorgeous Florida sunshine.
This home has many lounging and entertaining spaces. When you enter the front door you are greeted with a relaxing den to lounge and chat while sipping a favorite cocktail. Beyond is The open dining room with seating for 4 and that is adjacent to the kitchen bar. The very functional kitchen overlooks the dinning room and den to keep everyone in the same space and enjoying each others company. Off of the dining area is the Florida room. This is the primary area for lounging and relaxing. Big windows with full blinds can allow as much light in as you wish while you recline on one of the couches. The large main tv is located in the Florida room and to round out this wonderful space. Accessed from either the Florida room or the garage is the beautiful screened in lanai. This offers a perfect place to relax on a cool evening. Just outside the screened lanai door is a propane grill. The garage has enough space for the INCLUDED GOLF CART and another small vehicle. The master bedroom has a large king size bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. The guest bedroom is lovely with an ample queen size bed and uses the full bathroom that is accessed between the den and guest bedroom. The bathroom includes a shower / tub combination with an adorable makeup chair in front of the mirror.
This home has everything you want to make your stay in The Villages enjoyable and comfortable. This home includes a gas BBQ grill, and WiFi internet connection with Xfinity Stream streaming cable tv. It is also Amazon firestick enabled on all 3 tv's to login to any of your streaming television services. The best part is the included gas powered golf car which gives you the unique perspective of experiencing The Villages from the golf cart paths. It only requires signing an extra waiver and it is yours to enjoy.
