To help maintain a calm environment, the home is equipped with privacy-safe noise sensors that measure decibel levels only (no audio recording). These ensure the home is used for residential stays, not events or parties.

The home is for guest use only and not suitable for parties, events, or large gatherings. Maximum occupancy is 10 guests, including children and infants.

Smoking and vaping are not allowed indoors. Guests may smoke only in the designated outdoor dining area to the left of the back door, using the provided ashtray.
