Our Big Kahuna is a 3650-square-foot, four-bathroom, five-bedroom residence that can accommodate up to fourteen guests using aero (inflatable) mattresses. This two-story residence merges our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit upstairs unit and our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit downstairs. Each is equipped with an individual entrance. You may utilize either the spiral stairs located within or the front exterior stairs.
We're conveniently located in the heart of the Poipu Beach area. This is a resort area with many restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping located in a 1 mile radius. Poipu Beach is consistently voted as one of the best beaches in the U.S and has sections for snorkeling, boogie boarding, beginner and intermediate surfing.
In addition, we provide parking that is not on the street, high-speed Internet access, beach chairs, beach towels, and coolers, as well as the use of a laundry room that comes stocked with multiple machines, detergent and dryer sheets.
The pool that is pictured belongs to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club which is a 2 minute drive or a 10-15 minute walk away. Access may be available for an additional cost. Please inquire for details.
The Big Kahuna is a two story home with an amazing ocean view of Poipu Beach.
The bedrooms upstairs and downstairs are connected by an internal staircase and each have a separate entrance. The home is fully air conditioned for comfort and privacy. Berber carpeting in bedrooms.
The entire residence has Oak and LVP hardwood flooring. The 8 ft sliding glass doors in two directions provide excellent cross ventilation. Granite counters are in both kitchens and all baths.
Upstairs, the master bedroom has a queen canopy bed with pillow top mattress and Egyptian cotton linens, plus a private covered lanai with seating for 2. The master bath has a deep soak tub with two shower heads and double sinks. The 2nd bedroom has a queen sleigh bed with a pillow top mattress. The second bath has a deep soak tub and shower plus double sinks. The third bedroom has twin beds.
Downstairs, the master bedroom has a queen bed and a slider to the outside covered lanai. The master bath has a large deep soak tub and double sinks.
In the property are 2 large full kitchens with double door refrigerators, ceramic top stoves with ovens, full sets of pots and pans, dishes, glasses and silverware.
