Enjoy all Fairfield has to offer with this beautiful home situated on the most quiet street in the Beach area. Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to town.
With incredibly unique architecture, and great lifestyle add-on's the house is sure to impress and keep the good times going. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 on the 2nd floor and another on the 3rd floor. All of which have their own bathroom attached, giving everyone privacy during their stay.
2 of the bedrooms on the second floor our fitted with cribs but have top of the line mattresses (queen) that can be utilized given our guests needs.
The house has a working wood burning fireplace and an outdoor fire-pit in the backyard that is connected to natural gas. We also have a top of the line Weber that has propane hook up for our guests to use.
The house comes equipped with all necessary beach accessories (8 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, beach cart, towels). As well as 2 bikes with a Burley attachment (as pictured).
We have the house cleaned meticulously and sanitized before each stay that includes all new bedding.
