Summary: This place looks like it should be great, and that’s what makes the neglect so glaring. One of three elevators was working, and it doubled as a crime scene: spilled wine on the floor that was reported and then ignored for days, from our arrival to well after our departure. Trash bins throughout the property were routinely stuffed to the brim, carpets in main areas were visibly dirty with crumbs, and the main floor bathroom featured a sink half-full of vomit and overflowing trash. The pool area felt abandoned, piles of dirty towels, barely any clean ones, and eventually none at all until guests had to hunt down the front desk. The breakfast area sealed the impression: staff looked openly miserable, unwelcoming, and borderline hostile, as if guests were an inconvenience. The frustrating part? The hotel itself appears fairly new. The room was clean, food options were fine, the parking lot felt safe, and the location is convenient. This isn’t a failing property, it’s failing management. A place with this much potential shouldn’t feel like it’s being run on autopilot.
