Our deckhouse is close-in to Washington DC. Outdoor enthusiasts, this house is within easy walking distance to the Potomac River, Capital Crescent Bike Trail, C&O Canal, parks and playgrounds. It’s a 15 minute drive to Georgetown. If your plans are for 30 days or more, this is a great choice. The house has vaulted ceilings, spiral staircase to upper level with 2BRs, large wrap around deck that's great for BBQ.
The space is open, airy with natural light from floor to ceiling windows. Feels like a cabin in the woods! Lower level can double as a bedroom or workspace. The house comes with linens and a fully equipped kitchen.
Note: house may not be suitable for children under 4 years of age or individuals that have difficulties with stairs.
The Brookmont neighborhood is located just off of Macarthur Blvd with easy access to one of the most beautiful spots along the Potomac River. It’s the only neighborhood along the Potomac River that you actually walk down to the C&O canal safely with a foot bridge. There’s open country and so much green space around the neighborhood; it’s hard to believe how close you are to Washington DC.
