Endless View has an open floor plan on the main level with a beautifully furnished living room, a TV with Roku and DVD, a gas fireplace, a dining area with mountain views, a breakfast bar countertop with filter coffeemaker, toaster and a fully equipped kitchen with condiments included. Wifi and USB outlets are available throughout the cabin and linens, towels, soap and shampoo are provided. It has central AC/heating and a washer/drier.
There are two bedrooms with queen beds, one on the main level and one on the upper level. There is an open loft area with a twin daybed and trundle twin bed and on the lower level is a den/office with sofa. A TV, DVDs, games, books, puzzles and a desk are provided. There are 3 full bathrooms, one on each level, and 2 decks, one with a barbecue grill and rocking chairs and the other with a picnic table and access to the firepit with a night sky perfect for stargazing. A firewood package is offered for $30 on request.
There is a semi-circular driveway and parking area at the cabin, with steps to the rock garden and a wrap-around deck leading to the front door. The garden area has a variety of trees, lawn and rockery with seasonal flowers which surround the spectacular feature fire pit. Be aware that the wooden deck, stairs and ties can get slippery under foot when icy.
We are located in a gated community which has barbecues grills, picnic tables, a gazebo and pavilion next to a catch and release fishing pond with a night sky perfect for star gazing.
As you plan your trip to the mountains, please remember winter weather in the Blue Ridge Mountains can occur from November through April and we do occasionally get snow. The cabin is a short distance off US221, and the road to our cabin within the community is windy and does get icy in winter weather. Please be prepared.
