**** We are in the process of getting new pictures but our living room has changed. We took out the accent chair and added two leather recliners to increase seating**** We are minutes from downtown Bethesda with lots of restaurants and shops. Many options to get to downtown Bethesda or DC. Metro bus picks up walking distance or we are only a short drive to the metro or only a 20 min drive to National Mall, Capitol, White House etc. Very close to downtown, restaurants, all the history, but also be able to enjoy a nice relaxing quiet location. Less than 3 miles from NIH
Our almost 2000 sq Ft detached two story guest house has 2 off street parking spots. The Bedrooms have 1 king, 1 queen and bunk twin beds. The house has fully stocked kitchen and laundry with detergent. We have everything for your stay and even include soap, shampoo, coffee, and tea. We have keyless entry and private entry for easy check in and out. We are family friendly and have toys for kids and games for the family.
We live next door if any issue arises. We will stay out of your way unless you need us. Our guest house is just under 2000 sq Ft and separated by a fence from us. Our garage is the only thing we use on that side of the fence other than that you have your own private area. We also have two dedicated guest parking spots for you to use.
Quiet and friendly neighborhood. Quiet hours from 10pm-8am. No parties allowed. We don’t allow more than 6 overnight guests and 8 total occupants at any time. We are licensed by the county and that’s all they allow by law. If you are caught with more than these numbers we will charge 500 dollars per extra person. We don’t allow smoking and if you smoke in the house we will charge a 500 dollar fee. (We hate to have to make this rule but we have had groups try to sneak a large number of people in)
We have one camera on the driveway/parking area for security purposes.
BUNK BED SAFETY WARNINGS: There are certain risks associated with using a bunk bed and bunk bed ladder, and guests agree that use is at your own risk. Property owner assumes no responsibility for personal loss, injury, or illness of any kind which may result from use of the bunk bed and ladder. The owners are not liable for any accidents occurring. Parents with children should be especially cautioned regarding ladder use and agree to accept all responsibility for minors. While not an exhaustive list of precautions, guests agree to follow these industry standards: 1) Use of top bunk is limited to occupants 6 years or older; 2) Use of top bunk is limited to 1 occupant and a maximum 175 lb weight; 3) No jumping or other horseplay on or around the bed; 4) Always use ladder for entering and leaving the upper bunk.
