The Space:
Guests will enter through the front door by using a digital keypad. Immediately through the front door, you will find an open-concept living room and kitchen, and down the hall are four bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Relax in the cozy living space with a full-size sofa bed, two armchairs, and a SmartTV. Continue spending time with loved ones while preparing meals in the fully-equipped kitchen. Also found in this space is a small dining table with four chairs. The washer and dryer are tucked away in the kitchen closet.
Head down the hallway to get to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed and a SmartTV, the second has a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a full bed, the third has a full bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and the fourth has one full-size bed. The bathrooms are across from one another in the hall, the first has a shower/tub combination, and the second has a stand-up shower.
Out back is a large yard and a charcoal grill. Please note: it is not fully fenced.

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.
The Neighborhood:
Our home is located about 3 miles from downtown Columbia. It has easy access to Monticello Road, US-321, and I-20.
Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
