Summary: This is a beautiful hotel and a great location. The staff seemed friendly, but lacked follow through. The room was disappointing. First the room, it was a spacious room, but only had one window which was facing the interior and blocked by another building so the room got no natural light. There was also not enough light in the room with the lamps on to see in the closet or in the drawers. So every time I went to change clothes or put something away, I had to use my flashlight on my cell phone to even see what I was doing. There were only two small drawers in the corner not enough for a three nights stay. Second, we received no room service on our second day despite asking two times and being promised two times. We were out of the room for about eight hours that day and room service never came.
