It also features a screened in porch with outdoor seating & a spacious backyard with a grill. Located within a 5-minute drive to Rocketts Landing & less than a 15-minute drive to the Capitol District in Richmond, Virginia. Nearby are many other popular attractions, restaurants & bars within the Richmond area.
Our 3-bedroom, 1.5 bath home is perfect for families and friends. We welcome you to enjoy the screened in porch with outdoor furniture while BBQ-ing on the grill! Our home offers two living rooms and a full sized kitchen for you to enjoy. We're just a short drive to all the spectacular sights and yummy eats downtown Richmond has to offer.

EARLY CHECK-IN: Due to our high number of turnovers, we cannot accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please read and understand the cancellation policy prior to booking. This policy is firm, and we will be upheld in the event of a cancellation. We recommend purchasing travel insurance if you have concerns that you may need to cancel your reservation for any reason.

-Keep all exterior doors/windows shut when air-conditioning/heating is running to help keep house cool/warm.
-Dispose of all trash before departing.
-Only place toilet paper in the toilet.
-Strip sheets and pillowcases from used beds and place them in laundry baskets/laundry room, as well as used towels, washrags and hand/dish towels.
-Place any used dishes in dishwasher, run and put clean dishes/utensils back in cabinets and drawers prior to departure.
-Any and all acts by guest(s) and/or its invitees, that result in damages to the property or its contents, whether such act was intentional or the result of negligence will allow the host and/or owner to deduct from the security deposit any and all cost incurred or to be incurred in returning the property or its contents to its original state and/or replace the item(s) as needed.
-Owner is not responsible for articles left in the premises.
-Guest(s) shall leave the property in neat and undamaged condition.
