This property is a smoke FREE - pet FREE townhome. We strive to set these units aside for those that have allergies to smoke and pets. If you smoke, or have a pet that travels with you, please choose one of the pet friendly listings in the Johnson City area - there are at least 13 pages of option on the short-term platforms.

We will consider short-term request that are within 4 weeks of today's date; or we will consider stays of 90 days or more in any date range. If your short-term stay is further out than 4 weeks, please find another listing on the short-term platforms.

This Charming townhome is a 2 story / 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom /1 car garage with additional outdoor parking. The photos do not do it justice as it is newly decorated.

You will have private use of the entire townhome and the garage.

Our townhomes have a fantastic location close to downtown Johnson City, Johnson City Medical Center, Sycamore Shoals Hospital, the Tweetsie Trailhead, the community pool, Tannery Knob Mountain Bike Park, great restaurants, and it is close to I-26 for easy access to all of the Tri-Cities area. WIthin 30 min to 1 hour of the townhomes you can find amazing hiking, white water rafting, excellent fishing, snow skiing in NC, and so much more.

Our townhomes are a great place for traveling professionals, traveling physicians/nurses, families relocating, or someone looking for a place for a month to month, or a stay short-term rental. The complex is quiet yet close to everything.

Utilities, internet, water/sewer and garbage are included. We do ask that you use the utilities with a reasonable use in mind and turn the a/c units up or down to conserve energy when you are not in the home and upon your departure.

There is a full sized washer/dryer located in the garage of the unit for your private use.

Please park in your garage or in an outdoor parking spot. Please do not park in front of the garage as the driveway is not wide enough for cars in front of the units.

We try to anticipate our guests every need to make their stay as comfortable and as home like as possible. We always welcome suggestions for improvement.

Please use only the garbage cans marked with #401, #402, #300, #301, #100, #101, or #200 (all other garbage cans are private and belong to other tenants that live in the other Townhomes long-term). Please put only bagged garbage in the cans. Please pull the garbage can to the curb on Tuesday mornings and back to the units on Tuesday evenings if you are in the townhome on that day of the week. Please do not put the garbage cans in your garage as they are shared by other guests.

We pay our cleaning staff $100 per unit, per stay; it is a living wage that allows them to tend to their familes needs. The remaining amount in the cleaning fees stocks the consumables that we provide for your use. Most guests are very surprised at the lengths we have taken to make sure they have what they need on hand upon arrival.

Your internet system is shared among the units. If you have an internet box in your home, please do not unplug, move or disturb it in any way.

There is a hefty $2,500 fine for smoking in the garage or in the unit, bringing a pet into the garage or the unit, or parties. Our guests depend on us to enforce these rules. Please abide for everyone's enjoyment and use of the townhomes.

We do allow long term furnished rentals in our units, please ask if this interest you.
