About the Space:
This spacious 1400 sq. ft. 2-story, 2 bedroom / 2.25 bath townhome has everything you next for a fantastic stay in Mammoth. The open living area is bright, with vaulted ceilings, big windows, tons of natural light and forest views for a serene home environment. There is a private deck, with seating area, loaded with firewood and a private BBQ, stocked with free propane.
The home has been updated with new luxury vinyl flooring throughout. The living room offers a pull-out couch (queen-sized bed), large TV, and wood burning fireplace to keep you warm on cold winter nights. There is a good-sized, fully stocked kitchen, equipped for cooking a delicious meal and a nice dining area. Off the main living area is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Both bedrooms are located on the first floor with a shared full bathroom. The first bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and a set of single over single bunk beds with closet space and TV. The shared bathroom is directly outside of the first bedroom, in the hallway. The primary bedroom is spacious with a king-sized bed, closet, and dresser. It has its' own vanity and is connected to the shared bathroom. In the hallway, between the two bedrooms, is the in-unit laundry facilities.
We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and a fully stocked kitchen. We also provide all linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, laundry detergent, firewood, fire starter, and matches.
