No Parties or Events: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for parties and events. The City of Phoenix and Arcadia neighborhood enforce noise ordinances, and violations may result in fines and the removal of our listing.
Guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.
Security Cameras: For your safety and in compliance with local regulations, Ring cameras are installed at the front door and above the garage facing the street. These are used solely to verify occupancy and for emergency purposes. No other cameras or recording devices are located on the property.
Noise Monitoring: A Minut device is installed to monitor occupancy and decibel levels. It does not record audio or video, but helps ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected.
Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted unless approved in advance. If an exception is granted or a pet is found during your stay, a $175 non-refundable pet fee will be charged for additional cleaning.
Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping company. Please coordinate any changes with us in advance to avoid this fee.

Summary: Everything about this property was great. Traveled with our adult children and each of the bedrooms has a King bed and its own separate shower, and all are located away from each other so there is a good level of privacy even though we were all in the same house. Would be perfect for a golf foursome. Tons of room for lounging too with separate areas for that, and also plenty of room to all get together (indoors and out). Great location, very nice neighborhood. Pool was nice for getting some relief from the heat (not a huge pool, but all we needed was to lounge in and out of it). They even have a basket of 15-20 pool towels for your use. Property is very nicely decorated with great attention to details. Lots of games was a nice touch too (numerous board games indoors - putting green and bocce ball outdoors - and although we did not use them 4 bikes were available for use). Owner was super responsive. Don't hesitate to spend a few extra bucks and stay here, it is truly a wonderful rental property, one of the best we have experienced.
