Summary: The Brookwood was an old hotel which, I presume, is being upgraded as the bathroom, floors and walls had been redone or at least painted, but the furniture and light fixtures were old and somewhat broken. The electronic keys for our room door didn't work and they had to come and fix the door before we could get a key.
