The East Bay is a shallow water playground: a hidden gem in the panhandle 15 minutes from Navarre Beach and great for fishing, boating, snorkeling and swimming. The covered dock and over 1600 SF of porches are great spaces to gather and take in the incredible sunset. Dock stairs lead directly down into the water for easy access to swim, snorkel, or launch a kayak or paddleboard. We provide 4 kayaks and 2 paddle boards for guests to enjoy! The ground level is a fully covered 2000 square-foot entertainment space with 2 large picnic tables, outdoor pool table, ping-pong, basketball goal, hanging egg chairs, corn hole and gas grill to take advantage of the beautiful bay views. The grassy back yard leads up to the sandy waterfront, complete with a wood-burning fire pit and reclining lounge chairs for sunbathing or relaxing. Curl up with a good book from the selection provided, or let the kids enjoy the games and books tailored just for them.
A full gourmet kitchen with large walk-in pantry, an extra sink and refrigerator, and an oversized island is a perfect place to prepare meals for the whole family. The dining table and kitchen island easily can accommodate 18 or more. The large living room sectional has a high-quality pull out queen bed for extra sleeping space. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom, for a total of 6 full bathrooms. The laundry room has 2 washers and dryers and up to 12 beach towels are provided.
The residential elevator goes to all levels for handicapped access. Shower ramps available on request for wheelchair access. An infant travel crib, a pack-n-play, and 2 twin floor cots are stored in the closets for guests use.
