This is the perfect home to unwind and enjoy the peaceful and serene outdoors or go out and enjoy the music capital of the world! Easy access to downtown Murfreesboro or Smyrna, which offers tons of shopping and restaurants, and only 30 miles to downtown Nashville, where the music doesn't stop!
The space:
Home features living room, dining area, kitchen, laundry area, 2 spacious bedrooms and 1 bathroom. There are 65" Smart LED TV's in living room and primary bedroom where you can log into any of your streaming services. Fast wifi is included to support multiple streaming devices. This home also has a Queen Sleeper Sofa, which comfortably sleeps 1-2 adults.
Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cookware, drinkware, barware, cooking utensils, baking pans, knives, cutting boards, electric kettle, can opener, wine opener and more. Kitchen has full size refrigerator, electric range, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, instant pot, and Keurig coffee maker. We provide coffee pods, sugar, splenda, creamer, a variety of teas, salt, pepper, spices and cooking oil at no charge to our guests.
Both bedrooms have Queen beds with Cooling Memory Foam mattresses and microfiber sheets for comfort and refreshing sleep. Quilt, duvet and extra pillows/blankets available.
Primary bedroom has a large desk for all your work needs.
Bathroom has plenty of towels, a blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Additionally, we have a small box of toiletries, in case you should happen to forget something.
Laundry is available during your stay and offers a full washer and dryer, including detergent.
If travelling with an infant or small child, a pack-n-play and portable high chair are available for your use. They are located in the primary bedroom closet.
Please note that Property is a duplex; therefore sharing one common wall. Both units have their own private entrance and are similar in layout.

Guest access:
The whole home is accessible (except locked closet with owner's supplies) during your stay, including the yard. Please note the backyard is private, but not currently fenced in.
