Step into our clean and bright home with new beds, a 65inch TV, and plenty of space to comfortably sleep 8 guests. The best part? You are walking distance to countless bars and restaurants, being only half a mile from NULU, steps away from Falls City Brewing (.4miles), and less than 2 miles from Waterfront Park, The Highlands, Germantown, Slugger Field AND Downtown!
When you walk in you'll feel right at home in Louisville, with our large Derby canvas and other small touches embracing our city. The home is clean and bright! You'll first notice the beautiful exposed brick wall down the hallway. Even though the home has been remodeled to feel clean and cozy, we kept two exposed brick walls to capture this beautiful victorian brick home. The living room features comfortable couches, a cozy rug and a 65inch smart TV! There are two bedrooms on the main floor, both with brand new carpet. A king sized bed in one room and a queen in the other. The main floor also features a small kitchen that has all the essentials, including a Keurig and we include a handful of k-cups for your convenience. There is also a dinning room off of the kitchen with a table. There's also a full bathroom on the main floor right off of the dinning room.
You'll walk up the stairs past another exposed brick wall and walk into a large open queen bedroom, with another room/nook featuring a full bed. *Please note there is no door in-between these two bedrooms.* The upstairs also features brand new carpet and a desk with a chair. There is also a full bathroom upstairs connected to the rooms.

We only ask a minimal checkout list since the home is professionally deep cleaned between each stay.
Guest access
Entire Home to yourselves, you will be given an access code for the front door and come and go as you please! There are no cameras on the property since we are all adults and we want our guests to feel easy and right at home.
Other things to note
Pets: we do allow pets and have a fully fenced in yard, with a backdoor that goes out to the yard. We have a flat pet fee and we also ask that you pickup after your dog and make sure dog doesn’t damage anything or charges may apply.
We will charge an extra (double) deep cleaning fee if there is any evidence of undisclosed pets. So just disclose them and we’ll even try and have some treats ready for them.
