It features breathtaking views of the lake and mountains from each of the two large deck levels partially covered and the floor to cathedral ceiling windows in the great room. Our gorgeous home is situated on a very gentle slope with no steps to climb, ensuring that you aren't so exhausted that you can't enjoy the lake. . (See details below) The walkway to the new private covered boat dock which features a slip for renters and a swim platform and 2 jet ski dock. Close to the dock is a lovely, shaded patio with table and chairs and swing and hammock close by. Great to relax and watch family on dock and playing in the water. There is a large new firepit with plenty of seating and firewood. The downstairs rec room has a TV, sectional and ping pong table, laundry room, wet bar and half bath.
