Welcome to the peace and tranquility of Sixth Lake at Blue Heron Point. Fishing is very popular on this lake! This home is filled with amenities you'll have to see to believe! There's a hot tub, kayaks, a fishing boat, a paddle board, a wood-burning fire pit (with firewood provided), a gas fire pit, a pool table, a foosball table, TVs, games, coffee bar and much more. The kitchen is reasonably stocked with some staples. Kitchen cabinets are labeled for your convenience. The home has 2 levels so there are stairs. After a busy day, you can retire to one of three cozy bedrooms. Two full bathrooms add convenience. High speed internet and 80 channel cable TV completes the day. A dog is welcome if you pay the fee. We are approximately an hour from Grand Rapids and 40 minutes to Mt Pleasant. Grand Rapids is famous for breweries and great concerts and much more. Mt Pleasant is home to Central Michigan University and Soaring Eagle Casino Resort. There are also many great wineries located nearby. The home has 2 steps to the front door. We have a dock but no boat launch. The dock is removed during the Winter months approximately from October to April.
