The subdivision contains many palm trees, waterfalls, lakes and has amazing vegetation throughout. This home is tucked away in a high end community, a short 3 to 4 miles from the strip and 2 miles from McCarran airport. The community is gated, fully fenced and is very secure and safe. There is a bus that is reasonably priced that will transport you to and from the strip and around Las Vegas if you don’t have a car. Uber taxi service is available for $8. to $10. to take you to and from the airport. If you bring an automobile there is garaged parking at the house; as well as extra visitor parking spots.
