This fully furnished 3rd floor condo is located in a serene setting overlooking the 9th hole of the Magnolia Brunswick Plantation course. A few extra steps, but very quiet with no noise from above. This unit boasts hardwood floors , new carpet in the bedrooms in 2021, well furnished with all the amenities for golfers and family. Flat screen TV's in bedrooms and a whopping 50 inch in living room. Well furnished for a restful retreat from the beach. Beautiful Sunset Beach is a short 10 minute drive and seafood restaurants abound in the village of Calabash, famous for their fresh seafood right off the fishing boats in Calabash. Brunswick plantation hosts 27 holes of golf, pro shop, putting green and driving range as well as restaurant and pub on site.
