Two covered spots, one that can fit two cars in tandem and one that can fit a large SUV and a two car garage with 65" clearance.

Entering the large property, there is a bedroom with a queen sized bed and bathroom on the first floor. The second floor contains a living room with a queen pull out and kitchen area with a large second floor balcony that has a propane grill and ocean views. The third floor holds the master bedroom with a queen sized bed and the master bath. Additionally, this floor also has the third bedroom with a twin bunk over a full bunk and a twin trundle, as well as the fourth bedroom with a queen bed.
Directly outside the master bedroom is the third floor balcony with ocean views and a staircase to the rooftop deck on the fourth level. The rooftop deck has ocean and bay views and has sofas and chairs.

Modern finishes and features throughout the unit include stainless appliances, a washer/dryer, granite counter tops, and rain showers. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has a queen size bed with a single pull out futon and the downstairs room has one set of bunk beds. There is a flat screen TV in the living room and master bedroom.
The rooftop has chairs and side tables to enjoy a meal while taking in the stunning views of the ocean. Both units are close enough to walk to restaurants, shopping, Belmont Park, or the Bay. They are also a short drive to local attractions like: Sea World 10 minutes, the San Diego Zoo 15 minutes, Balboa Park 15 minutes, Downtown San Diego 15 minutes, and the Torrey Pines golf course 20 minutes.
