Aloha Spirit is a 2 bedroom, one bathroom town-home, with living area and kitchenette (refrigerator, toaster oven, and microwave- no oven or stove). It is located on the bottom floor and accessed though a private entrance. Each bedroom is equipped with a queen bed. Aloha Spirit was renovated in January 2016 and outfitted with all new furnishings, paint, flooring, appliances, and electronics. Aloha Spirit has consistently ranked extremely high in reviews for another rental property cite over the last three years with at least 85 reviews and averaging 4.8 out of 5 stars. BEDROOMS: Each bedroom has a brand new bed with a Tuft & Needle mattress. If you have not heard of this amazing mattress company I highly recommend that you check them out at You will sleep amazing! Fresh brand-new linens, hangers, closet storage, lamp, nightstand, alarm clock, towels, and beach towels are provided.
BATHROOM: Enjoy the beautifully renovated bathroom complete with mirror, vanity, toilet, tub, shower, and a fresh brand new rug and shower curtain. Hand soap, shampoo, and body wash are provided for your convenience.
KITCHENETTE: The kitchenette has everything you will need to enjoy a meal on the outdoor lanai. It includes a full-sized brand-new refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster oven, toaster, coffee pot, and a shared outdoor barbecue grill. The kitchenette is fully equipped with wine glasses, cups, mugs, plates, mixing bowels, measuring cups, utensils, etc.
LIVING AREA: The living area has a leather futon for relaxing while enjoying a movie in the evening. The television is a 32” LED Smart TV where you can enjoy movies on Netflix though our free Wi-Fi. Cable service is not provided. We have also provided our favorite resource for the Big Island, “Big Island Revealed.” Use this guidebook to enjoy all the amazing sites, restaurants, shopping, and hidden adventures that the island has to offer.
OUTDOOR PATIO: The beautiful outdoor patio is equipped with a quiet seating area with two chairs as well as a picnic table for additional seating.
BARBECUE GRILL: The barbecue grill is shared with the upstairs unit. We ask that you kindly clean the grill after each use. Please take appropriate care of the grill and ensure that the gas is turned off after each use. An extra propane tank is provided in case you need it. BEACH EQUIPMENT: We have supplied you with snorkel sets, beach chairs, and umbrella. The beach equipment is kept on the patio in a tall locked storage cabinet located on the back side of the property downstairs. The code for the lock is 623. Each unit is designated 2 snorkel sets, 1 beach umbrella, and 2 beach chairs. Please only use the equipment designated for your unit.
OUTDOOR SHOWER: The outdoor shower is open and shared with the upstairs unit. Please rinse off in your bathing suit after a long day in the sun and sand prior to entering the home. This helps keep everything clean.
