This single level property is conveniently situated on the ground floor, with direct access to the unit as well as the beach & boardwalk. Our exterior space is exclusive only to our unit - it is not shared with the other 2 units in the building & spans across 55' of ocean frontage, making it one of the largest ocean front patios in Mission Beach!
This tropical themed premier space is the ideal spot for the entire group to unwind with your favorite beverage & comes fully equipped with 2 palapas with bar high seating, separate lounge seating area great for soaking up the San Diego sun, separate bench seating area great for dining & separate patio chairs great for people watching along the boardwalk. Rounding out this space is a BBQ, foot wash, & hose for rinsing off.

POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• Guest Requirements | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30 (exceptions made for multi-generational families).
• Occupancy | Maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both overnight guests & non-overnight visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
