Summary: But not necessarily for a family even with one child. the property would work best as a romantic getaway spot for a couple who go out to eat. The kitchen area was very small, no dish drain, the small bistro table only seats two .there was more seating in the yard and if meals were mostly on the grill the accommodations were better. The bathroom was a postage stamp and while perfectly utilitarian was at times difficult to negotiate. The location was great, very short walk to the beach and a pleasant boardwalk for walking the dog..some recommendations: dish drain in kitchen, maybe something other than dinner plates,fridge is noisy and needs defrosting,,trash receptacle in the downstairs bedroom area and maybe a second TV to give someone using the fold away bed more privacy.,a table that can seat 4 upstairs would also be a welcomed addition.and it would not take that much more space.
