This unit includes 2 King bedrooms, a sleeper sofa and two full baths. It can accommodate up to six people and is newly renovated and has everything you need for your perfect vacation.
The condo features tile flooring throughout and a walk out patio with a fan where you can sit and enjoy a cup of coffee. The kitchen is equipped with all of the standard appliances as well as a full size washer and dryer, and a Keurig coffee maker. The living room includes a Smart TV with access to YouTubeTV. Both bedrooms have king beds, ceiling fans, and TVs. The guest bathroom has a tub and shower, and the spacious master bathroom has a large walk-in tile shower with a rain head and a handheld. Wifi is included.
The unit is nestled in the back of the desirable Ocean Walk complex - a 16 acre, beautifully-landscaped community with century old oak trees and a pond. Amenities on-site include two pools (one of which is heated), a fitness center, tennis courts, children's playground, and clubhouse with internet access. Just under a mile walk or bike will have you enjoying the St. Simons Island village, pier, shops, restaurants, beach, and oceanfront Neptune Park in no time!
