Your fun and relaxing trip to New Orleans awaits you. Better yet, you'll be staying in a our contemporary private retreat on FRENCHMEN STREET in the upper 7th Ward. A complete space to yourself with private entrance. Less than 7 minutes uber ride to the French Quarter. Dine out back on something sizzling from the BBQ grills in the one-of-kind HUGE renovated backyard. This uniquely vacation awaits you.

Private entrance with keyless access. It has 1 bedroom with KING size cool foam bed and bathroom. The living area has an iKea convertible couch into a queen size bed.

In the back is a one-of-a-kind huge enclosed SHARED patio decorated and furnished to the max with funky furniture, curtains for privacy with an electric and a charcoal BBQ grill; so bring some charcoal if you wish to grill up a meal.

Pretty much everything is provided including 2 TVs, wireless connection, towels, soaps, detergent, dishes, stainless steel appliances, clothes washer and dryer, shampoo, body wash, etc.

And the coffee maker is a 10-cup; so bring your favorite coffee to enjoy.

There's street parking in the neighborhood. The majority of our guest just park right in front of our house complex.

Note: There is a zero tolerance policy for guests holding parties within our property. Guests will be escorted off the premises by law enforcement and will forfeit their deposit money if this occurs.

Note: We have a strict NO PETS policy due to a severe HEALTH allergies

CHECK-OUT TIME:
Unfortunately, it is difficult to extend checkout time past 10AM. Just like hotels, we have new guests checking in after you. And the cleaning crew needs a few hours to get the entire townhouse ready.

LATE CHECK-OUT FEES:
Please note, our cleaning service charges us per hour ($50) and they shows up around 11AM. If you are late for any reasons and the cleaning service is waiting outside for you to check-out, each partial hour late will be charged $50 and we will be deducted from your deposit. Thanks for your understanding.

NO Parties: ABSOLUTELY NO parties or events are allowed at house. Only the number of people listed at time of the reservation are allowed to stay in the house. If any party occur at the house, the authorities will be call to escort guests from the properties, damages $ will be charged and all monies will be forfeited.

NO smoking indoors: There is a strict NO SMOKING indoors policy. To include vaping/illegal substances. In the event that house is smoked in, there will be an automatic $500 cleaning & deodorization fee applied.

Wi-Fi is not a guaranteed amenity as weather plays a factor in its performance. No refunds will be issued if Wi-Fi is not available.
